Now switch off the flames and don't try try to open the cooker lid
After 30 - 45 mts of cooling period, slowly try to pull out the weight

Now if water is still there. Heat it with full flames without covering the lid

Once the water is evaporated, switch off the flames.

Now in a new Frying pan, add three table spoon of oil in medium flames
Add some mustard + sliced onion + curry leaves + coconut slices + chilly powder and mix them properly.
Once the combination is fried, transfer the pre cooked beef and mix with the ingredients.
Add some chilly flakes for more taste. Cook this for another 15 - to 20 mts/ till the beef becomes brownish color in low flames.

Now you are ready with the dish to serve.
